We are elated in your interest in joining Troop TX-0613! This year, we’re ditching the paper packets and working to make it easier with electronic forms.
Step 1 – Fill out your info
NEW families only – Fill out your family information here (for phone number, we will be adding it to our GroupMe for communication so please use one you prefer).
Existing Members – Watch your emails to receive a link to renew your membership (check your spam folders just in case you think you haven’t received this email).
Step 2 – Send us your completed forms
Please open and download our Troop TX0613 Registration Forms (the form is completely fillable but you MUST click the download option). Then, email your signed & completed form, along with an up-to-date photo of your child(ren) to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that you will need to gather your child(ren)’s medical records, along with any vaccination records or exemptions, as it will be necessary to include them with this form.
Step 3 – We’ll contact you!
We’ll contact you to finalize your registration process (if assistance is needed), confirm that we have everything we need, and will work to make payment arrangements for all dues once you are registered.
